Terms
Terms of Service
These terms explain how Apex Locals works with local businesses on Meta ads, lead forms, free reviews, tracking, reporting, and ongoing support.
Effective date: May 28, 2026
By using this site, requesting a free ad review, booking a consultation, submitting a lead form, or purchasing services from Apex Locals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
1. Services
Apex Locals provides services for local businesses, including Meta ads management, offer strategy, lead form support, tracking setup, reporting, follow-up guidance, and related marketing support.
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, included revisions, and monthly service details are based on the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement accepted by the client.
2. Free Reviews and Reports
Free ad reviews are provided for informational purposes. Reviews may use third-party tools, business details, and platform data. Results can vary based on market, offer, budget, competition, follow-up speed, ad account history, and platform data availability.
A free review does not guarantee ad performance, approvals, leads, calls, sales, revenue, or approval by Meta or any advertising platform.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, Meta Business access when needed, ad account access when needed, logo files, brand materials, images, written content, approvals, lead follow-up details, and feedback needed to complete the work.
Delays in receiving required materials, access, payment, or approvals may delay the project timeline.
4. Campaign Projects
Campaign projects include the services, deliverables, timelines, and reporting listed in the accepted package or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, ad spend, paid software, creative production, CRM setup, advanced automations, third-party subscriptions, or additional integrations may require additional fees.
After campaign setup or monthly service delivery, new requests outside the agreed scope may be billed as support, management, or a separate project.
5. Revisions
Revisions are changes to work already included in the agreed scope. Revisions do not include a full campaign rebuild, new service offers beyond the agreed scope, new creative packages, major strategy changes, or changes caused by missing or incorrect client information.
If a package includes a set number of revision rounds, unused revisions do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
6. Payments
Payment terms are listed on the invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement. Work may be paused if payment is late, declined, disputed, or incomplete.
Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled according to the cancellation terms below.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel monthly services by giving written notice at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future service; it does not automatically refund work already completed, time already reserved, setup work, software costs, third-party costs, or active billing periods.
If a specific package includes a money-back guarantee or setup guarantee, the exact guarantee terms must be stated in writing with that offer.
8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Apex Locals may work with third-party tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta lead forms, analytics tools, tracking tools, CRM systems, and email tools.
Apex Locals is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, ranking changes, pricing changes, lost access, data issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
9. Results and Marketing Claims
Apex Locals works to improve campaign setup, offer clarity, tracking, lead capture, reporting, and follow-up. However, marketing results are not guaranteed. Ad approvals, delivery, cost per lead, lead quality, booked jobs, sales, revenue, and platform performance depend on many factors outside Apex Locals' control.
Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or performance references are illustrative and do not promise the same outcome for every business.
10. Client Content and Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and permission to use any content, images, logos, claims, testimonials, offers, pricing, licenses, reviews, or business information they provide.
Apex Locals may refuse or remove content that appears misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or outside the agreed scope.
11. Ownership
After full payment, the client owns the final ad copy, campaign-facing content, and creative assets created specifically for that client, unless otherwise stated in writing. Apex Locals retains ownership of its general processes, templates, systems, strategy, internal tools, reusable code, know-how, and pre-existing materials.
Third-party software, fonts, plugins, themes, stock media, and platform accounts remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
12. Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Apex Locals may reference completed work in its portfolio, proposals, marketing, or case studies. Private account details, sensitive business information, and login credentials will not be shared publicly.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apex Locals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Apex Locals' total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Site Use
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit false information, copy content without permission, or use the site for unlawful activity.
15. Changes to These Terms
Apex Locals may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or by contacting Apex Locals directly.
